Description:

This position is part of the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management team partnering with portfolio and planning teams across the enterprise to drive effective planning and prioritization of project work aligned to strategic goals. The team also plays a key role in advancing maturity consistency and standards across enterprise planning prioritization and governance processes.

Accountabilities:

Assists business divisions and department planning leads in identifying and gathering appropriate internal data and information to support the planning process for technology projects including initiative planning and prioritization.

Facilitates portfolio sync meetings and provides oversight for tracking monitoring and reporting of progress towards strategic goals via alignment and reporting.

Implements standards and controls across planning teams.

Establish and document enterprise planning and prioritization processes.

Facilitate discussions with planning teams across the enterprise to gather feedback to facilitate process improvement and inform new planning capabilities

Supports portfolio management tools (Targetprocess and JIRA) and works with technology organization to ensure alignment with software delivery lifecycle

Works closely with finance to incorporate CBAs and financial metrics into the planning and prioritization process.

Facilitates sessions across planning teams to get ready for monthly governance sessions

Develop PowerPoint presentations to support governance with senior leadership

Required Skills : * To be considered for this position candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge experience and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed * Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
