Your Role

As DON youll oversee nursing operations and set the clinical standard for the facility:

• Lead and manage nursing teams to ensure high quality patient centered care
• Provide coaching development and mentorship to nurse leaders and staff
• Ensure compliance with TJC CMS and state regulations
• Oversee staffing scheduling and workforce planning
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Participate in leadership meetings and support strategic decision making

• Active RN license (Texas)
• BSN strongly preferred
• 3 years RN experience (6 preferred)
• Behavioral health nursing experience: 1 year required 2 preferred
• (inpatient outpatient psychiatric addiction recovery or related)
• 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required
• Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred
