We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in cloud contact center and conversational AI solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex. The role involves building next-generation real-time voice AI systems using Nova 2 Sonic and integrating Generative AI capabilities via Amazon Bedrock along with implementing agentic AI patterns and intelligent virtual agents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
Develop conversational AI solutions (chatbots and voice bots) using Amazon Lex.
Build real-time low-latency voice AI applications using Nova 2 Sonic for human-like interactions.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) using Amazon Bedrock for advanced conversational capabilities.
Design and implement agentic AI patterns (autonomous agents orchestration multi-step reasoning workflows).
Develop and deploy Amazon Connect AI Agents to automate customer interactions.
Architect scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor team members and lead code reviews architecture discussions and best practices.
Integrate external systems (CRM APIs databases) with conversational workflows.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Experience with real-time conversational/voice AI platforms (Nova 2 Sonic).
Expertise in Amazon Bedrock and Generative AI integration.
Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks and patterns.
Strong knowledge of AWS ecosystem (Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB CloudWatch).
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture.
Understanding of NLP speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
