CRM Tester

A CRM Tester is required for validating CRM applications by designing and executing test cases identifying defects and ensuring the system supports business processes such as sales marketing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Execution: Execute manual functional regression integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Scenario Development: Create comprehensive test plans scripts and scenarios based on user stories configuration and business requirements.
• Customization Validation: Thoroughly test CRM customizations including Plugins Workflows PCF controls and Dataverse configurations.
• Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify document and track defects using Jira facilitating timely resolution with developers.
• Security Validation: Test Security Roles and Field-Level Security to ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Integration Testing: Test integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (e.g. Outlook SharePoint ERP systems).
• Bug tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in test case design test execution bug tracking and reporting

Required Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales Service or Marketing modules).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Automation Profiency (Nice to have): Experience with automation frameworks specifically designed for Dynamics such as EasyRepro Playwright or Selenium.
• DevOps (Nice to have): Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management and CI/CD integration.
• JIRA: Hands-on working experience is mandatory
• Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC): Mandatory experience required
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience for data validation
