Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is seeking a Massage Therapist for a premier resort spa in Hilton Head Island SC. This role is part of a guest-focused wellness and spa experience team delivering high-quality services in a luxury hospitality environment.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour base wage plus additional earnings through service-based incentives. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
Additional Compensation
- 20% Service Charge on services performed
- 20% Commission on services performed
- Opportunity to increase overall earnings based on service volume and guest demand
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage services including Swedish Deep Tissue and specialty treatments
- Deliver personalized high-quality guest experiences in a resort spa setting
- Maintain a clean safe and professional treatment environment
- Recommend services and products to enhance guest wellness and satisfaction
- Follow all company state and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with spa and resort teams to ensure seamless guest service
Schedule
- Tuesday Saturday
- 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Qualifications
- Active Massage Therapy License (South Carolina required or ability to obtain)
- 13 years of experience in a spa resort or wellness setting preferred
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
