Job Summary
Come be the spark at Warm Hearth! Were looking for a dedicated detail-oriented Maintenance Tech at the Showalter Center assisted living community. This position will be part of a two-person team responsible for facility maintenance including responding to a daily list of work orders and requests from residents. Thus its essential that the tech be able to communicate clearly and respond quickly. Key to success in this role will be a commitment to outstanding resident care a friendly attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks as they arise.
This is a FT -Friday 8am-4:30pm
Expected pay rate is competitive. We also offer a robust benefits package. Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon addition we offer a low-cost HSA plan free meals for each shift that you work and access to our gorgeous state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of maintenance activities including electrical plumbing and painting.
- Previous experience in a position that involved interacting with the public.
- Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance.
- Clean criminal background.
Preferences:
- Knowledge and skills in all maintenance activities including electrical plumbing and painting. Preference given for experience in property or health care facility maintenance.
