Experience: Min 2 years of experience in the coir industry as a Production Coordinator or Supervisor
Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production coordination strong technical knowledge of PVC/Latex processes and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in PVC/Latex production and printing
- Monitor workflow productivity and efficiency on the production floor
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of PVC/Latex production processes printing and quality standards
- Proficiency in Tamil / Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word Excel) and mathematical ability
- Self-motivated disciplined and goal-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
