About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for agraduate looking to start a career in sustainability and ESG consulting.

Youll join as aData Analyst supporting the delivery of ESG and sustainability projects with a clear progression pathway into anAssociate ESG Consultant role. Working alongside experienced consultants youll gain hands-on experience across carbon accounting ESG strategy and climate-related reporting.

The role combinesdata analysis client interaction and sustainability expertise giving you exposure to real-world projects from day one and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Support ESG and sustainability project delivery including:
• ESG maturity assessments
• Net-zero strategies and emissions reduction planning
• Climate risk assessments
• ESG due diligence
• Impact reporting and disclosures
• Assist in calculating carbon footprints acrossScope 1 2 and 3 emissions
• Analyse sustainability data and translate findings into clear actionable insights
• Support the preparation ofreports presentations and client deliverables
• Engage with clients through data analysis stakeholder interviews and implementation support
• Conduct research on ESG frameworks regulations and market trends (e.g. TCFD CSRD EU Taxonomy)
• Contribute to internal research knowledge sharing and thought leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support holistic sustainability solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field such as Sustainability Environmental Science Engineering Geography Data Analytics Economics or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. data structuring pivot tables lookups)
• Ability to interpret data and present clear logical insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
