Job Summary

1. Safe and effective delivery of individual and collective training for the Sqn.

2. Maintenance of discipline within the Sqn.

3. Maintain co-ordination function for welfare and employer liaison of Sqn personnel.

4. Career management of all Sqn personnel and ensuring timely and accurate career reporting in the Sqn.

5. Implement the Unit Equipment Care Directive (UECD) including management of all Sqn equipment and ensuring the security and accountability of all weapons and equipment.

6. Recruit and retain soldiers and support recruiting and retention initiatives to sustain the Sqns trained strength.

7. Other duties as directed by the CO.
