Your Role and Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Lead complete project deliveryfrom strategy to executiongiving you strong visibility and decision-making power.

Leadership Opportunity: Manage and mentor teams (internal vendors) shaping both delivery and team growth.

High Business Impact: Work closely with stakeholders and directly influence business outcomes through technology.

Work on Multiple High-Impact Projects:Gain exposure to diverse initiatives in a fast-paced multi-project environment.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
Japanese language: N2 & above. English business fluency

510 years of experience in delivery and managing projects

Programming languages/ Frameworks : Open API Swagger Gen AI Good knowledge on GitHub CoPilot knowledge on LLMs

Web Technologies: react js angular or any equivalent

Databases: any SQL / No-SQL

Containers: docker container lxc podman (anyone is good)

Container orchestrations: Kubernetes docker compose

Strong knowledge in SOAP & RESTful protocols

API management: APIGEE APIM API Gateway or any other equivalent

Messaging: Rabit MQ Azure service bus Azure event grid SQS SNS or equivalent

Code quality tools: SonarQube fortify or any equivalent

Soft skills: good communication time management & quick learner
