Mechanic Assembly Technician

Principal Responsibilities:

This position works in the main trailer refurbishment shop to perform final assembly duties on refurbished in the final assembly process include:

• Hydraulic assembly

• Electricalwiring andassembly

• Mechanical assembly

• Decaling

• Systems testing and quality control documentation

Required Skills:

• Site works a45 hourweek minimum per DOT guidelines.â Willing to work nights and weekends on an as needed basis
• A strong mechanical aptitude with a high degree of pride in craftsmanship
• Own set of basic maintenance/technician tools

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a fabricator mechanic electrician or other trade a plus

• Prior vehicle technician experience a plusââ

• Familiarity with commercial vehicle systems (hydraulics pneumatics wiring etc.) a plus

• Ability to weld a plus but notrequired
