Job Summary

Qualifications:

At least 3 years advanced PC skills and Client Server applications- or - and at least 1 year experience with advanced PC skills and Client Server applications.

Description: Provides end-user support for and training in software system by developing training materials conducting user training sessions and resolving user questions / problems in order to facilitate the automation of department processes across the organization. Under guidance of Business Systems Analyst analyses user needs and revises existing system logic difficulties. This position reports to a Project Manager and/or an appropriate Department Director.
