Ford Mobile Service Technician

SUMMARY

Pohanka Ford is looking for Mobile Service Technicians to join our team. If you are a certified technician who enjoys providing excellent customer service a flexible schedule and working independently we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers locations to provide mobile service within 50 miles of Salisbury MD
• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the customers to keep them informed on work completed and cost estimates
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Service Technician experience
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Math reading and computer skills
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
