About the role

At Wolt were looking for an Account Specialist to join our Retail team - an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years of experience whos ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and drive partner performance.

In this role youll independently manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners focusing on improving performance identifying growth opportunities and building strong day-to-day relationships. Youll use data to guide your decisions and play a key role in delivering results for both our partners and Wolt.

What youll be doing

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized retail partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor partner performance and take action to improve key metrics
  • Prepare and lead regular check-ins with partners sharing insights and actionable recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to grow partner performance and execute on agreed actions
  • Support partners in using Wolt tools such as campaigns promotions and ads effectively
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations and Support to solve partner needs
  • Plan and execute campaigns together with partners to drive orders and engagement
  • Use data to track results and adjust your approach based on what works
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve partner visibility and performance on the platform
  • Contribute to team initiatives and support less experienced team members when relevant

Our humble expectations

  • 13 years of experience in account management sales or another partner-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your message to different audiences
  • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate when needed
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with partners and colleagues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into simple actionable insights
  • Structured and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proactive and hands-on - you take initiative and get things done
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge and support others
  • Experience in retail e-commerce or FMCG is a plus
