About the Role

We are looking for aSenior Software Engineer II (Web)to help shape and scale modern web experiences across our products. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical depth with a high degree of ownership moves quickly andoperateswithvery littleoversight.

You will lead the design and delivery of performant scalable and maintainable web applications working primarily acrossTypeScript React and modern frontend tooling. You will play a key role in evolving our web platformfrontendarchitecture design system implementation CI/CD practices and developer workflows including effective use ofAI-assisted codingto accelerate delivery and raise engineering quality.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across architecture engineering standards and execution.

What You Will Do

1- Web Architecture and Platform

• Design and build scalable maintainable and high-performance web applications usingTypeScriptandReact.

• Drive frontend architecture decisions across application structure state managementcomponentpatterns build tooling and deployment workflows.

• Work with modern tooling such asViteandWebpackto improve developer experience build performance and production reliability.

• Help evolve shared frontend foundations includingdesign systems reusablecomponentlibraries and platform standards.

2- Product Development

• Build polished responsive and accessible user interfaces with strong attention to usability visual quality and performance.

• Develop reusable UI components and application features usingReactTypeScript andTailwind CSS.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services in a clean and maintainable way.

• Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle from technical discovery and implementation to release and iteration.

3- Performance and Quality

• Identifyand resolve bottlenecks related to rendering bundle size loading speed and runtime performance.

• Champion best practices inweb performance accessibility maintainability and testability.

• Improve engineering quality through robust CI/CD pipelines code review standards and practical testing strategies.

4- Engineering Excellence

• Contribute to and improveCI/CDworkflows that support fast safe and reliable releases.

• UseAI-assisted coding toolseffectively to accelerate development improve implementation quality and streamline repetitive engineering work.

• Introduce tools patterns and workflows that improve team velocity and long-term code health.

• Mentor other engineers through technical guidance thoughtful reviews and strong engineering example-setting.

5- Collaboration and Ownership

• Partner closely with product design and backend engineering to turn business needs into scalable web solutions.

• Take ownership of problems end-to-end fromidentifyingopportunities through shipping and follow-through.

• Operate witha high levelof independence urgency and accountability.

• Proactively raise issues suggest improvements and help the team move faster with confidence.

What You Will Need

Must-Have Experience

• Strong professional experience building production web applications withTypeScriptJavaScript andReact.

• Deep understanding of modern frontend engineering includingcomponentarchitecture state management browser behavior and API integration.

• Hands-on experience with modern bundlers and tooling such asViteand/orWebpack.

• Strong experience withTailwind CSSand building or contributing todesign systemson the web.

• Proven ability to improve andmaintainCI/CDpipelines and frontend delivery workflows.

• Strong understanding ofweb performance including Core Web Vitals bundle optimizationrenderingperformance and frontend observability.

• Meaningful experience usingAI-assisted codingin day-to-day development workflows.

• Track recordof delivering high-quality products witha strong senseof ownership and independence.

• Ability to move fast make sound technical decisions and balance speed with quality.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience withand/orAstro.

• Experience integrating withStoryblokor otherheadless CMSplatforms.

• Experience with end-to-end testing especiallyPlaywright.

• Experience working in amonorepoenvironment.

• Experience buildingmulti-tenantorwhitelabelproducts.

• Familiarity with SSR SSG and hybridrenderingarchitectures.

• Experience working across multiple brands markets or product surfaces from a shared platform.
