Description
This on-site contract position offers an exceptional opportunity for mid-senior level professionals to provide high-quality cardiac care in a collaborative medical practice environment.
In this role you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients with heart-related conditions. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
- Diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases and conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to provide excellent patient care
- Educate patients and their families about heart health
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a valid medical license
- 3 years of experience in Cardiology or related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiovascular diseases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Board certification in Cardiology is preferred
Schedule: Thursday 5p-Monday 7a
STEMI call coverage
Skills Needed: STEMI cath/PCI
Support Staff: General cardiologist
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
