Perform a variety of surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols

Monitor and manage patient recovery in the surgical unit
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Participate in case discussions and contribute to surgical team meetings
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification in General Surgery
3-5 years of surgical experience preferred
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Active medical license in the state of Washington
