Senior Project Planner Offshore / FPSO Projects

About the Role
An established offshore energy operator is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to support major capital projects with a strong focus on FPSO fabrication and integration phases. This role will be embedded within a dynamic project delivery environment working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering procurement and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manage and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera (P6)
• Support planning activities across fabrication yards and integration phases
• Interface with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Monitor progress identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide clear and concise reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive planning best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 planning and scheduling
• Strong experience in FPSO projects particularly fabrication and integration phases
• Background working in construction or shipyard environments
• Solid understanding of project controls progress measurement and reporting
• Ability to manage complex interfaces across multiple stakeholders
