We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Contractors based in Hamilton to expand our client base.

What Youll Do

Identify and approach local businesses in Hamilton and surrounding areas
Generate leads via calls emails LinkedIn and referrals
Present outsourcing solutions clearly and confidently
Understand client needs and offer tailored services
Close deals and maintain client relationships

Compensation

50% commission on every closed deal
Uncapped earnings

Requirements

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Self-driven and organized
Access to personal sales tools

Experience in the Canadian market
Existing local network in Hamilton
