Job Summary
Job Title: Shawarma / Al-Farm Maker
Location: Kuwait
Experience: 25 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Overseas)
We are hiring skilled Shawarma / Al-Farm Makers to work in Kuwait for reputed restaurants and fast-food outlets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic shawarma and Al-Farm dishes while maintaining taste quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook shawarma Al-Farm chicken and grilled items.
- Marinate meat and ensure proper seasoning and flavor consistency.
- Operate shawarma machines grills and kitchen equipment.
- Slice and assemble shawarma wraps and platters.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage of meat and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Work efficiently during peak hours and rush periods.
Salary: 35000 per month
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing shawarma and Al-Farm dishes.
- Knowledge of marination grilling and cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
