Job Summary
A medical facility located near Rock Island Illinois is seeking a full-time permanent Director of Pharmacy to join their team!
The Director of Pharmacy Job Details:
- Full-time direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule day shift may require additional hours as needed
- Great leadership and administration team!
- Manage pharmacy department operations including staff scheduling ongoing performance evaluation and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Exhibit and sustain proficiency in clinical health-system pharmacy practices including antimicrobial stewardship sterile and non-sterile compounding controlled substance management hospital accreditation standards anticoagulation therapy oversight and medication safety.
The Director of Pharmacy Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have active Pharmacist License
- Must have at least 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
