Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene NH.

Days 40hr guarantee
Start Date: 5/26/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Location: Keene NH
Hourly Pay: $ 32.50
Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
Weekly Total Pay: $2221.00
Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holidays required if needed
Traveler Policy: will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility).
Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio: We perform 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions 30 to 45 minutes as appropriate based on diagnosis. We only treat one patient at a time. Typical 2 to 3 evaluations a day and then rest of day treatments ( 2 evaluations plus 11 treatment ( 30 minutes in length)
Dress Code: Either personal scrubs of any color or business casual (Athleisure/stretchy clothing ok too but no leggings crop shirts etc). No open toe/back shoes.
** THIS NEED IS FOR AN ONCOLOGY PT! ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
An Oncology Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with cancer-related impairments such as pain fatigue lymphedema and functional limitations to improve quality of life and mobility. They create individualized evidence-based exercise programs provide patient education and coordinate care with oncologists. Responsibilities include managing musculoskeletal neuromuscular and cardiovascular needs across the cancer continuumfrom diagnosis to rehabilitation survivorship and palliative care.
Physical therapy helps build strength regain mobility and improve balance. It can also strengthen your body reduce pain and prevent future injury. You may need it to:
Adapt to an artificial limb
Control your bowels or bladder or improve sexual function
Elevate athletic performance
Get a splint or brace
Improve movement or ability
Learn to use assistive devices like a walker or cane
Manage a chronic illness like diabetes arthritis or lung disease
Perform your job safely after an illness or injury
Prepare for or recover from surgery
Prevent disability or surgery
Prevent or recover from a sports injury
Recover after a stroke accident injury or cancer
Recover after birth
Reduce dizziness or improve your balance
Relieve pain
Work on balance to prevent a slip or fall
Previous training in and competency in use of standard PT modalities (Estim USD) expected device specific training to be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
Develop an individualized treatment plan
Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
Minimum 2 years current PT experience (No New Grads) is required
Outpatient Ortho experience is required
PT ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE is required
Previous travel experience is highly preferred
Perm address must be included in traveler profile
EPIC experience is required
Expro experience is required
NH license must be in hand at profile upload is required
Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License is required
Active American Heart Association BLS is required
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Traveler perm address must be included in profile
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication professionalism and reliability
