What Youll Do

As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center you will:

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help children develop communication social and daily living skills.
• Run skill acquisition programs and teach new skills using play-based ABA strategies.
• Collect record and analyze data on client progress in real time.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive replacement behaviors.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Communicate with caregivers to provide a daily summary of each childs progress.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance your skills and collaborate with professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree preferred; candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered.
• Experience in ABA or working with children preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check
• RBT certification preferred but we provide full training and certification support for the right candidate.
