Job Advertisement: ICAPS Administrator & Completion Coordinator

Software: ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System)

Role Objective

The ICAPS Administrator & Completion Coordinator is the "custodian of progress." You will manage the project database ensure the traceability of every bolt and loop and coordinate the certification flow required for the legal transfer of the plant from Construction to Commissioning and finally to the Client.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Management: Initialize and manage the ICAPS database. Populate the system with engineering data (Equipment Instruments Piping) and map relevant OPERCOM tasks.
  
• Completion Coordination: Monitor the transition from Mechanical Completion (MC) to Commissioning. Issue RFC (Ready for Commissioning) and AOC (Acceptance of Commissioning) certificates.
  
• Reporting: Generate daily/weekly progress S-curves and "Status Indexes." Provide the management team with accurate data on punch list trends and system readiness.
  
• Punch List Control: Manage the master punch list within ICAPS ensuring no system is energized or pressurized without a verified safety status.
  
• Dossier Management: Compile the final Handover Dossiers (systems-based) for the Client ensuring all test sheets and certificates are digitally and physically archived.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Project Controls/Commissioning.
  
• Certified expertise in ICAPS software (advanced level).
  
• Deep understanding of OPERCOM certification workflows.
