What is the role
The Clinical and Commercial Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Aerogens commercial success in Argentina with a primary focus on Buenos Aires region. This position integrates sales activities clinical support and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with current customers identify and develop new business opportunities and deliver clinical training. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing and Medical Affairs while also managing and supporting partnerships with distributors.
What are the key responsibilities
Achieve sales revenue targets for Aerogen products within the assigned territory in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager.
Manage and support Aerogen distributor in Argentina aligning on strategic direction and focus for growth.
Provide clinical training and support to customers and distributors enhancing product knowledge and usage.
Develop and implement a territory action plan leveraging Aerogens commercial excellence framework.
Collaborate with distributor partners to drive sales and market penetration.
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and liaise closely with Medical Affairs in key accounts.
Drive utilization of Aerogens sales excellence and learning management tools with distributor partners.
Launch new products in collaboration with the Marketing team and distributor partners.
Conduct peer-to-peer and promotional events in the assigned territory.
Engage with governmental sectors and main KOLs responsible for major tender procurements.
Build access to main reimbursement authorities including insurance companies to enhance product coverage.
Any other duties at the request of your Manager.
What education and experience are required
Minimum of a BS Degree in health sciences biomedical engineering medicine nursering or related fields.
At least two years of experience selling Medical Devices either directly or through distributors.
Experience selling into Critical Care and Emergency Departments is preferred.
