Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Lead Painter to oversee and execute coating and surface preparation work on a long-term local project expected to run for the next two years.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can run a jobsite maintain high safety standards and deliver high-quality work while leading a crew.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate crew activities
Ensure all work is completed safely efficiently and to spec
Attend and participate in daily/weekly safety meetings
Maintain accurate jobsite condition logs and documentation
Communicate with project managers and other trades
Inspect work for quality and compliance
Train and mentor crew members
Technical Responsibilities
Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment (sand pots)
