Copper Bus Bar / EHRT OperatorPay:minimum$22 an hour(Dependenton Experience)Hours: Monday Thursday3:15pm 1:45amPosition Overview:The Copper Bus Bar / EHRT Operator is responsible for operating and programming multi-station punch machines to fabricate precision metal components with a focus on copper bus bar products. This position requires a strong background in machining or general fabrication the ability to interpret detailed prints and specifications and a commitment to producing high-quality accurate parts in a fast-paced job shop Responsibilities:Operate and program multi-station punch machines for copper and other precision metal and edit machine programs using Fanuc G-Code or related and accurately interpret prints drawings and deburring drilling and tapping operations as material inspections and ensure parts meet handheld inspection equipment such as calipers and all company policies procedures and work compliance with ISO standards and quality collaboratively with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain a clean organized and safe work other duties as assigned to support copper bus bar operations or general fabrication Requirements:Experience: 35 years of on-the-job experience as a Machinist or General Fabricator in precision metal : High school diploma or equivalent Skills:Experience in manufacturing precision metal products; copper bus bar experience to program and operate CNC or EHRT machinery (Fanuc G-Code etc.).Strong understanding of prints drawings and with deburring drilling and with inspection tools (calipers micrometers etc.).Familiarity with material inspection procedures and ISO quality proficiency for programming and Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 bending twisting standing stooping sitting walking and reaching Skills:Strong attention to detail and to prioritize tasks in a busy job shop with excellent verbal and written communication to work well independently and collaboratively within a Requirements:Forklift and pallet jack experience pass a background check and drug screen.
