About the role
Abbott is looking for aClinical Specialistto support itsCardiac Rhythm Management(CRM)product portfolio across theSicilia region.
In this role you will provideprofessional andtechnical supportto physicians and the sales organization ensuring the safe and effective use oflow- and high-voltage cardiac stimulation devices.
This position isideally suited for a newly graduated engineeror a professional at the beginning of their career who is eager to grow in aclinical customer-facing rolewithin a leading medical device company.
What you will do
- Providetechnical andclinical supportto physicians and the sales team duringimplants and follow-up procedures
- Support CRM devices includingpacemakers ICDs and CRT systems
- Deliverproduct presentations and trainingto healthcare professionals
- Assist physicians duringenrolment and follow-up phases of clinical studies
- Collaborate withRegional Sales Managers FTE Coordinator and the Clinical Departmenton projects and initiatives
- Act proactively with asolution-oriented mindset ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collect and promptly shareclinical feedback and field insights
- Supportbooth activitiesat congresses and events when required
- Ensure full compliance withAbbott Quality and Regulatory procedures
Reporting & market insight
- Prepareconcise reportson market trends and competitor activity for the Sales and Clinical teams
- Share relevantcompetitor device informationwith the Marketing organization
What we are looking for
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent(Biomedical Engineering preferred)
- Fluent Italianandgood working knowledge of English
- Good command ofMS Office
- 02 years of experiencein technical orclinical support(or strong motivation to learn)
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment
- Proactive attitudeinitiativeand willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
