Responsibilities
Responsible for dispatching monitoring and controlling technician workloads.
Manage the efficiency of the technicians
Timely distribution of workloads.
Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders problems delays and requests.
Maintain all technicians booked hours
Provide supervisor with status reports
Monday through Saturday with day off during the week
Qualifications
Dealership Service department experience is helpful(Technician Service Writer Assistant Service Manager and/or Service Manager etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills organizational and time management skills.
Detail oriented.
Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
Ability to work independentlywithin a team environment.
Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Dealer Track X Time ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)
Must be willing to submit a background check
