- Responsible for dispatching monitoring and controlling technician workloads.
- Manage the efficiency of the technicians
- Timely distribution of workloads.
- Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
- Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders problems delays and requests.
- Maintain all technicians booked hours
- Provide supervisor with status reports
- Monday through Saturday with day off during the week
Qualifications
- Dealership Service department experience is helpful(Technician Service Writer Assistant Service Manager and/or Service Manager etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
- Ability to work independentlywithin a team environment.
- Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Dealer Track X Time ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)
- Must be willing to submit a background check
