About the Role

Transit Team is hiring Paratransit Drivers to provide safe reliable transportation for passengers across the Twin Cities Metro area. At Transit Team we put people first - and were proud to offer competitive pay full benefits and a supportive work environment.

Shifts Available - PT

• Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 9:30PM

• Fri 8:30AM - 7:00PM / Sat & Sun 6:20AM - 5:20PM

*This weekend shift includes a floating day that may be scheduled as needed to support coverage or operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Ability to read write and communicate in English.

• Satisfactory driving record (no suspensions).

• Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background check.

• Must have a DOT Medical Certification.

• Ability to sit for long periods bend and move to secure wheelchairs and assist passengers safely.

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area.

• Must be able to assist passengers using mobility or walking devices (training provided).
