Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead accreditation efforts for a Breast Center program. This role is responsible for overseeing the development implementation and coordination of accreditation initiatives ensuring compliance with national standards and supporting quality improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in documentation reporting and preparation for accreditation reviews and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Accreditation
Lead development implementation and ongoing evaluation of accreditation program initiatives
Ensure compliance with national breast center accreditation standards
Develop and maintain policies procedures and required documentation
Support accreditation surveys and site visit preparation
Align program processes with regulatory and quality standards
Committee Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary committee meetings
Prepare analyze and present program metrics and performance data
Document and distribute meeting minutes
Manage scheduling logistics and attendance tracking
Quality & Performance Improvement
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators
Identify gaps and support corrective action plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance strategies
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with physicians and cross-functional teams
Coordinate across departments to ensure operational alignment
Facilitate communication among stakeholders for accreditation readiness
Administrative Support
Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Support workflow development and operational processes
Ensure readiness of materials for meetings and accreditation activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or healthcare operations
Experience with accreditation standards (NAPBC CoC or similar preferred)
Background in healthcare quality improvement and regulatory compliance
Strong organizational analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience developing policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in oncology breast care or hospital accreditation programs
Familiarity with large health systems or public healthcare environments
Experience supporting accreditation surveys and corrective action plans
Strong data analysis and performance reporting experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health or related field (Required)
Masters degree preferred (may substitute for 1 year of experience)
Certifications
PMP or relevant healthcare certification is a plus
