Responsibility Statements

• Trains and provides guidance to Level 1 and 2 associates.
• Monitors equipment to troubleshoot malfunctions and resolve problems.
• Responsible for reviewing quality department requirements.
• Completes required documentation to keep a record of equipment maintenance.
• Responds to equipment outages within a designated timeframe.
• Maintains and repairs equipment.
• Performs recommended preventative maintenance.
• Replaces and upgrades equipment and software.
• Tests equipment after replacements and upgrades to ensure they meet technical standards.
• May need to operate a company vehicle in order to service remote devices.
• Occasionally performs all tasks from levels 1 and 2.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
