Meet production expectations through TPM planning and execution to maintain tools in optimal condition.
Hands-on experience in injection tool maintenance.
Knowledge in Unigraphics solid works Catia.
Basic knowledge in injection process.
Problem solving analysis knowledge.
Implement a quick die change system and protective measures for each tool.
Coordinate engineering changes to tools and ensure that documentation is updated with the data generated for each tool.
Comply with the requirements for Quality Environmental and Internal Control audits.
Monitor safety measures according to the area activity and organizational structure.
All employees are responsible for ensuring that each operation is performed in accordance with legal requirements the environmental policy and applicable environmental procedures in their area.
Provide resources when required by the Environmental Management System (EMS).
Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat platform.
Ensure that a customer-centric approach is promoted.
