The Role:
TheField Marketing Manageris a new role within the Zeta EMEA Activation team. Youwillbe responsible forplanning and executing integrated campaigns thatraise Zetas profilein the industry andwith target accountsgenerate pipeline accelerate opportunities and support sales goals in the UK theZeta brand shows up in the right places with the right messages to drive impact. This is a high visibilityindividual contributorrole working closely with sales leadershipand other is a hybrid role based in our London office.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely withthe UKsales teams to understand market dynamics and develop field marketing plansthat align to revenue goals
Own end-to-end execution ofmarketing activation including in-person events digitalprogramsandagency engagement
Localise global campaign themes to fitUK marketneedsand cultural contextand build and campaign calendar
Work with thesalesteam to create follow-up strategies and support pipelinegrowth
Manage budget measure impact and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution influenced revenue andengagement
Collaborate with colleaguesin the EMEA Activation team in other marketsto share learnings bestpracticeand insight on what best drives client engagement andlong-termrevenue results
Build processes and best practices formarketing and sales teams
Requirements
Possesses5 years experience delivering marketing activationin anAdTechMarTech mediaorothersimilar industries
Proven experience owning marketing campaigns and activations from planning to execution and measurement
Demonstratableability to workcollaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders
A hands-on professional able to take on responsibility for execution of allactivations whether digital or in person events
Experience of managing a budget and tracking ROI
An outstanding communicator who can translate commercial needs andobjectivesinto an effective marketingplan
Excellent programme management skills
