Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical environment working with the best Radiologists in Australia alongside a team who are crazy good at what they do Darling Downs Radiology (DDR) is looking for a motivatedPermanentMedical Receptionistto join our supportive and high-performing team in Toowoomba.

About the Role
Youll be the face of our clinic - welcoming patients managing appointments handling billing and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday - Friday with full training provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients ensuring smooth check-ins
• Answer phones respond to enquiries and book appointments
• Confirm patient preparation for imaging procedures
• Quote fees and explain Medicare rebates
• Process private Medicare DVA and third-party claims
• Help maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care

• Experience in a customer service or administration role
• Good time management communication and computer skills
• A patient-first attitude and positive team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-focused environment
• Willingness to learn medical imaging systems (training provided)
