Service Advisor Academy CDJR (Tipton IN)
Chariot Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Academy CDJR in Tipton Indiana. If you have experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and provide a professional positive service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Provide accurate estimates timelines and follow-up
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Help drive customer retention and high CSI scores
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a strong plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional ethical manner
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
