Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a utility operations environment.
• Monitor dispatch communications alarms cameras and/or incoming calls and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate with site contacts first responders and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding unusual activity service requests and incident notifications.
• Document incidents dispatch activity and daily observations in required logs reports and/or electronic systems with attention to detail.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have 5 years of industrial security-related experience or 2 years of military law enforcement EMT or fire department service.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
