Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 810 years of overall IT experience including strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks Scrum Kanban and SAFe practices. The ideal candidate will drive Agile transformation facilitate sprint ceremonies remove impediments and enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives and backlog refinement
Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices
Drive the adoption of Scrum Kanban and SAFe methodologies across teams
Identify and remove blockers and impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
Work closely with Product Owners stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity of requirements and delivery priorities
Track sprint progress velocity burndown charts and key Agile metrics
Support release planning and PI planning activities in a SAFe environment
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable process enhancements
Ensure effective use of JIRA and Confluence for sprint tracking documentation reporting and collaboration
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance within the team
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members when required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills
810 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Agile project delivery
Proven experience as a Scrum Master
Strong hands-on expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
SAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist preferred)
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile transformation initiatives
Exposure to multiple Scrum teams / large-scale Agile programs
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes
PMP / CSM / PSM certifications are an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or related field
Relevant Agile / Scrum certifications preferred
