Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Employee Engagement Austria High Complexity
Role Purpose
Lead local delivery of employee engagement programs for Austria manage survey design and testing own hierarchy and dashboard integrity perform results analysis and deep dive presentations and coordinate cross functional stakeholders while ensuring legal and GDPR compliance.
Responsibilities
Design & Governance:
Manage local questionnaire modules; lead sign off with BUs; own survey flow messaging and localization quality.
Oversee online survey setup and multi round testing in Qualtrics; ensure feedback is incorporated
Lead participant list preparation and hierarchy updates; map demographics to global taxonomy and validate trend unit mappings.
Analysis & Insight Delivery:
Analyse survey results identify themes and drivers; prepare and deliver deep dive presentations for BUs and management.
& Workshops:
Design and deliver (or coordinate) local workshops leader briefings and feedback sessions; capture action plans and follow ups.
Data Governance & Reporting
Ensure GDPR compliant processing support privacy reporting and produce recurring and ad hoc reports.
Systems Ownership: Qualtrics; ServiceNow; HR Suite/BMD Employee Central; ASES; SharePoint; M365 (Excel Outlook Teams); PowerPoint; MS Teams; E mail.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Psychology Business or related field.
Hands on experience with Qualtrics dashboarding and Excel; PowerPoint presentation skills.
Solid understanding of GDPR Austrian employment law and works council processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience delivering engagement action planning and changing initiatives.
Familiarity with reporting automation (Power BI/Tableau) and advanced analytics.
Training delivery experience and strong written/visual communication skills.
