The Opportunity
Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the Customer Service Team based in Toowoomba QLD. Made in Australia since 1921 Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes to large commercial and industrial projects.
In this exciting opportunity you will lead and develop the Customer Service team to strengthen their capabilities in achieving exceptional customer experiences working closely to align the team strategy with business objectives and outcomes for your team.
What Will You Do
- coach and motivate your customer service team to enhance capability performance and engagement levels so aspirational targets can be met
- continue to grow collaborative partnerships and meaningful relationships with both our customers and internal stakeholders
- proactively monitor business operations; identify trends to respond to business opportunities or risks - continually reviewing all customer service processes to continue to enhance customer satisfaction

You have a passion for the customer experience as well as high attention to detail and have the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. You will have:
- experience in developing meaningful and beneficial relationships with customers
- demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence change
- a solid understanding of B2B sales processes
- exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop capability of the team
- a customer-centric mindset towards our internal and external stakeholders
- knowledge of transport allocation/general transport experience is highly desirable
