Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care tailored to each clients needs
• Assist with activities of daily living including:
  • Meal preparation and feeding
  • Light housekeeping and linen changes
  • Transportation to appointments and errands
  • Outdoor activities and shopping
• Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
• Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
• Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing walking bending etc.)
