Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive and detailorientedTactical Buyer to support our daily supply chain operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials and site supplies.
This role cover purchasing site supplies and raw materials.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all health & safety regulations.
- Analyze data review processes and prepare reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders; maintain accurate master data in the ERP system.
- Provide inventory insights and propose process improvements to meet site needs.
- Collaborate closely with planning logistics manufacturing and customer service to maintain proper supply schedules.
- Review MRP results and manage order quantities (purchase expedite delay cancel) to support production demands.
- Engage with suppliers to ensure material availability and resolve supply constraints.
- Support vendor management inventory tracking and supply chain process optimization.
- Assist in developing new supply chain infrastructure and capabilities.
- Analyze site capacity and forecasts to help determine production capability.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support site operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Operations Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent education & experience.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in supply chain operations.
- Experience performing professional supply chain activities and managing supply chain processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
- Experience developing analyzing and presenting reports.
- Strong understanding of departmental procedures documentation standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); ability to learn additional applications as needed.
- Knowledge of at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and suppliers.
- Assertiveness and confidence in decisionmaking.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
