Tactical Buyer

Were looking for a proactive and detailorientedTactical Buyer to support our daily supply chain operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials and site supplies.
This role cover purchasing site supplies and raw materials.

• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all health & safety regulations.
• Analyze data review processes and prepare reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders; maintain accurate master data in the ERP system.
• Provide inventory insights and propose process improvements to meet site needs.
• Collaborate closely with planning logistics manufacturing and customer service to maintain proper supply schedules.
• Review MRP results and manage order quantities (purchase expedite delay cancel) to support production demands.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure material availability and resolve supply constraints.
• Support vendor management inventory tracking and supply chain process optimization.
• Assist in developing new supply chain infrastructure and capabilities.
• Analyze site capacity and forecasts to help determine production capability.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support site operations.

• Bachelors degree in Operations Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent education & experience.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience performing professional supply chain activities and managing supply chain processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
• Experience developing analyzing and presenting reports.
• Strong understanding of departmental procedures documentation standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); ability to learn additional applications as needed.
• Knowledge of at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and suppliers.
• Assertiveness and confidence in decisionmaking.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
