Casual Bartender

As a Bartender at Booking Office 1869 you will deliver exceptional bar service by preparing and serving highquality beverages while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. You will demonstrate excellent product knowledge maintain consistent brand standards and engage confidently with guests through strong service skills and storytelling. • Deliver efficient friendly and consistent bar service across all shifts.
• Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality consistency and presentation standards.
• Maintain full compliance with health safety and licensing regulations.
• Support stock control by minimizing wastage and reporting shortages as required.
• Drive sales through upselling strong product knowledge and guest engagement.
• Participate in promotional activities and seasonal menu offerings.
• Assist with cocktail preparation menu execution and new beverage initiatives.
• Ensure the bar mise en place is clean organised and fully stocked at all times.
• Maintain accurate cash handling till use and transaction procedures.
• Engage guests through warm service knowledge sharing and brand storytelling.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and wider hotel team to maintain a positive and professional working
