Hours of work:

April to July: 18 hours per week
September to December: 15 hours per week
January to March: 6 hours per week

Working pattern: Part-time Term-time only (working for39weeks per year plus6weeks annual leave which will increase after 5 years continuous service)
As the position is part-time/term-time only the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 10 months

As part of our continued commitment to ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils we are seeking to appoint a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to support Key Stage 2 pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is patient calm and able to genuinely listen to children valuing their thoughts and feelings
  • Is kind caring and passionate about helping pupils succeed
  • Can demonstrate versatility flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting learning
  • Can maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Communicates clearly and positively with children colleagues and parents
  • Ideally has experience supporting pupils with SEND or a willingness to learn
