Job Summary
Job Description
The Director Automation Delivery leads the endtoend delivery of automation and agentic solutions across Fortrea ensuring scalable compliant and valuedriven outcomes enterprisewide. This role owns delivery performance across the full automation lifecycle and provides people leadership to a highimpact delivery organization. With Microsoft Power Platform as a core ecosystem the role supports a broader multiplatform automation strategy and partners closely with business technology security and compliance stakeholders to establish a consistent and repeatable paved road for automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Model: Execute and scale the automation delivery strategy across platforms; define and continuously improve a standardized delivery operating model (lifecycle stage gates roles templates); ensure bestfit scalable and compliant technology choices.
Portfolio Delivery Ownership: Own endtoend delivery across an automation portfolio ensuring ontime onbudget execution and realized business value; lead delivery governance prioritization roadmaps dependencies and executive escalations; track and optimize postgolive benefits.
Automation Lifecycle Excellence: Lead a standardized lifecycle from intake to production and support; ensure initiatives are deliveryready with clear scope and outcomes; embed strong production readiness monitoring and support integration.
Platform & Technical Oversight: Provide delivery oversight for solution design and build quality across Microsoft Power Platform and related automation integration and agent technologies.
AI Agents & Agentic Automation Delivery: Lead delivery of AI agents for process automation ensuring appropriate guardrails permissions testing auditability and human oversight.
Governance Risk Security & Compliance: Partner with Security Privacy and Compliance teams to enforce governance standards and reduce operational regulatory and audit risk.
Vendor Financial & People Leadership: Lead external partners and internal teams ensuring delivery quality and performance; manage capacity demand and financials while building a highperforming delivery organization.
Experience (Minimum Required)
Demonstrated success delivering enterprisescale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or closely related Microsoft technologies
Strong understanding of endtoend software delivery disciplines including requirements design build testing release and production support
Proven delivery experience across automation technologies such as lowcode platforms workflow/integration tools RPA and AIenabled automation
Working knowledge of Responsible AI principles and enterprise privacy and security controls (e.g. GDPR HIPAA)
Experience leading complex multiworkstream delivery initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or related.
Masters preferred.
10 years experience in technology delivery (program/project delivery product delivery or platform delivery) with multi-workstream ownership.

Leadership experience with a history of guiding teams and driving cultural change.
Strong communication and advocacy skills to promote AI adoption.
Ability to influence and mentor teams to drive Automation & AI maturity.

Preferred Qualifications Include
Experience in life sciences CRO or healthcare.
Relevant certifications (nice-to-have): PMP/SAFe/Agile Microsoft Power Platform (PL-500 PL-600) Azure or comparable automation platform certifications.
