As our Service Leader youll be the heart of the service leading daily operations inspiring educators and ensuring children receive highquality education and care in a warm welcoming environment.

From meeting and exceeding the National Law Regulations and National Quality Standard to bringing our Quality Improvement Plan to life were all about doing things brilliantly.

Your skills and experience
- Diploma in Childrens Services (or equivalent as approved by Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority or working towards).
- Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children in partnership with other educators families and children
- An ability to plan reflect work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations
- Experience in a leadership role
- Ability to learn and understand early childhood development theories
