Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive outbound sales
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product recommendations
- Coordinate test drives and negotiate deals
- Manage leads in our CRM system and generate opportunities for F&I
- Personally deliver vehicles to ensure exceptional service
- Network and conduct business development activities
What Were Looking For:
- Self-drivenwith proven ability to achieve results
- Excellent communicatorwho builds trust quickly
- Experience building loyal client relationships
- Current industry knowledge and desire for continuous learning
- Valid Florida drivers license with clean background
- Ford automotive sales experience preferred but not required
