Automotive Sales Consultant

As part of a well-established automotive group with over 30 years of experience and now under new management you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their requirements and budget.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Negotiate prices handle paperwork and close sales to meet dealership targets.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and staying up to date with market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer-focused role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles is a plus.
