Job Summary
Suntrup Kia is seeking an experienced results-focused Automotive Service Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching work to technicians and maintaining daily schedules to maximize productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribute shop work as efficiently as possible in line with dealership policy.
- Assign work to technicians based on skill level and experience.
- Ensure technicians follow warranty policy and procedure guidelines.
- Review technician work orders to ensure all tasks are completed properly.
- Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department.
- Adhere to federal state and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.
- Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and accounted for.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in other areas of the Service Department as needed.
- Meet production objectives set by management.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
Job Requirements:
- Automotive Service Dispatcher or Automotive Technician experience is required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation:
- Starting at $20 per hour. Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
