We are a growing door supply company serving multi-family builders nationwide. Our systems and processes are dialed in we just need the right person to get in front of builders and bring in business.
This is a high-energy relationship-driven sales role. You will connect with builders understand their door needs cultivate long-term partnerships and work strategically on pricing to win deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to build trust with decision-makers this role has serious earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and connect with multi-family builders and developers nationwide
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Understand client needs and match them with the right products and solutions
Deal Execution
Develop pricing strategies to compete and close deals
Support clients through the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted partner to builders for all door supply needs
Maintain regular communication to grow and retain accounts
Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B or outside sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
Preferred (not required):
Experience in building materials construction or real estate industries
Existing relationships with builders or developers
