About the Role
We are a growing door supply company serving multi-family builders nationwide. Our systems and processes are dialed in we just need the right person to get in front of builders and bring in business.
This is a high-energy relationship-driven sales role. You will connect with builders understand their door needs cultivate long-term partnerships and work strategically on pricing to win deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to build trust with decision-makers this role has serious earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and connect with multi-family builders and developers nationwide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and match them with the right products and solutions
Deal Execution
- Develop pricing strategies to compete and close deals
- Support clients through the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to builders for all door supply needs
- Maintain regular communication to grow and retain accounts
- Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B or outside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in building materials construction or real estate industries
- Existing relationships with builders or developers
